I remember my favorite game to play while taking Singapore Airlines is backgammon! You know they provide the screen and a game controller for most flights now (except the budget ones) and I can spend hours playing backgammon on the plane. I’m still browsing around for backgammon websites to play backgammon and there are so many choices to make! I’ve finally read a few tutorials on how to improve backgammon skills and since I’m sick at home now, I’ll time to practice more backgammon
I think the best part about playing backgammon online is the simplicity of payment. They accept most forms of payment and I think credit card is the easiest. I hope I can improve my backgammon skills and I’ll be able to join the backgammon tournament !! I’m a very competitive person and I think I should be able to win some money from the tournaments… *cross fingers*
I’ve got a friend who is working in France right now, and he’s been working in France for a couple of years already but I can’t seem to find the time to visit him!
Honestly, I haven’t travelled to Europe before and now that I’m busy working, I can’t seem to find the time to travel to anywhere! My and my girlfriend have been planning to visit my buddy in France this summer, so I hope it all works out. Now I’m just waiting for my leave to be approved! So searching for hotels, budget flights, tourist destinations is next… If I’m not wrong, the air tickets to Europe region now is about SG$800++ return… so I’ll have to start saving up for my trip. My girlfriend would probably demand me to do lots of shopping with her in Paris, so I’ll have to search for good deals for hotels reservations, especially in Europe where things are significantly more expensive! (more…)
I’m really sick at home now, which is why I have been updating my blog quite regularly for the past few days…
I’ve been surfing on the internet and reading random news articles, youtube videos, online games, tv shows etc. I’ve decided that one of the things I can do is to play backgammon online! Since my girlfriend is busy with her school work, and I’m busy being sick at home, I guess I’ll just have to play backgammon myself.
This site that I browsed has very good design and you can play backgammon just for fun or play for money. Since I’m still a beginner, I am going to play online backgammon for a few days before I trying to play with money. If you have any good backgammon tips, please leave me a comment! Thanks!
I used to write poems when I was much younger… I used to be a teenager full of angst!
I was clicking through some of my old folders, where I saved poems and stories I wrote… this one caught my eyes.
Should I be granted to alter history
Thy poison chalice shall meet my lips once again
Savouring every sip of deadly pleasures
Embraced by thou in final seconds…
Once again.
I wrote this poem for a special lady.. that mesmerized me and made me indulge in lust and passion… -sigh-
I wouldn’t say the poem was very well written, but considering I was only 17 years young back then, I would say it’s not that bad!
See, when you write poems for certain people, you remember them and the feelings that they have cast upon you.
Through this poem, I remember the days of wild and crazy passion and of being young and adventurous.
With people becoming more and more willing to give out personal information on the internet, sometimes we have to wonder how much information do we want the world to know about us. Worse still, if your future employers decide to track your credit report, background, and little dirty secrets about you! Sometimes it’s best not to reveal too much of your life to other people. Remember the Paris Hilton’s handphone nude pictures scandal? The secret password needed to access her blueberry was “What’s the name of your dog” or something similar, and honestly, just a two seconds search on google would give you that information.
Speaking of credit and identity problems, there are actually companies that provide services to prevent people from stealing your identity and using your credit cards like LifeLock . I remember once I made a large overseas transaction with my credit card and my bank actually bothered to call me to double check if I made that payment. I was pretty impressed, however not every finance institution provide such services. Luckily, companies like LifeLock Promo Code provide such services and monitor the activities on your account. By the way, LifeLock Promotion Code is available and I think they are giving a 30 days free account. I’m sure it’s good to be on the safe side and have someone monitor your credit card. Also, please don’t give your credit card or important information about yourself to other people!!
I’m sure everyone have noticed that the top stories, or the most ping-ed blog posts, are either about sex, money, blog advertisement opportunities, or simply scandalous titles.
I can’t deny that I am guilty when it comes to clicking on scandalous titles, but is fabricating stories and making your blog posts like a free-to-read versions of paparazzi news to increase traffic a moral thing to do? I felt cheated when I entered http://noitcif.blogspot.com to read about juicy news only to find out that it’s a fictional blog. Sure, fictional news can be entertaining, but I still feel cheated.
Is it justifiable that people are posting more and more vice-related posts for the sake of traffic? Well, actually I think it is. Just like how the tabloids would publish news that are half-truths and scandalous, disregarding the impact of such news to the celebrity, but it makes money.
I guess I should follow the trends by buffing my blog entries to make them sound colourful and exciting. But don’t blame me for posting half-truths!
She’s so damn hot!! She’s a singer called Alizee. She looks a little North Indian/ South American or Exotic European. I can’t even decide. But according to her Wikipedia page, she’s a French.
Watch the video and take a look at 3:20 , she really dances like Nightelf! From the youtube comments, some people say that Blizzard took her dance move for Nightelf. Who knows, but Alizee is definitely one hot babe. The song’s very nice too, but there’s a hot debate on whether the song is anti-war or anti-American.
I’ve had the honor to be acquainted with Misscel, albeit for only the past two months.
She’s bubbly, smart, funny, pretty and she has a very big heart.
Even though we used to make fun of her by labeling her together with other Filipino maids, she never once took offense and she would always be such a sport.
This post makes me sound like I had a crush on her, but honestly, guys and girls alike love her to bits, just because she’s always so loving and sweet! But I guess things will never be the same again end of this month…. she’ll be gone….
SINGAPORE : Singapore Changi Airport’s ultra-modern Terminal 3 - the largest and most expensive of Changi’s terminals - opened its doors for business on Wednesday, amid much fanfare.
The S$1.75 billion terminal adds a capacity of 22 million passengers a year.
This brings the airport’s total annual capability, in one of the fastest growing aviation regions in the world, to about 70 million passengers.
The government is building more airports, is this indicative of Singapore’s future prospects? With the government move to bid for big world-class events like Grand Prix and Youth Olympics, we would definitely expect more traffic to Singapore. However, will hosting world-class events and casino resorts (Integrated Resorts) boost our economy and prevent us to fall with US economy?
Will our moral compass direct us towards the west, where most first world countries have similar cultural ideals that does not really align with Singapore’s ? ‘Freedom’ is amongst the many ideals that Singapore is lacking of. Some thinks that Freedom is synonymous to a positive ideal, is it really?
Princessa just messaged me on MSN and told me that I write nonsense in my blog !
She just don’t understand that us guys have pretty nothing much to talk about. Unlike Princessa, they can talk non-stop for the whole day. I have no clue why girls love to talk so much. I’m a simple guy, I talk about simple things like silly things that I see or hear everyday.
Ok la, actually I write quite a lot of nonsense but this is what blogs are for ain’t it. For us to rant and talk cock
But be careful when you talk cock. Sometimes saying things unintentionally or intentionally can get you into serious trouble!
In Britain, a college lecturer contributed to a blog in which she referred to a politician (who had also expressed his views in the same blog) using various uncomplimentary names, including referring to him as a “Nazi”. The politician found out the real name of the lecturer (she wrote under a pseudonym) via the ISP and successfully sued her for £10,000 in damages and £7,200 costs.
I guess this is the only thing that stop people from abusing the “free media”. Of course, there are still people that blog without thinking much about consequences they bring to others, but that’s between them and their God(s).
