I’ve got a friend who is working in France right now, and he’s been working in France for a couple of years already but I can’t seem to find the time to visit him!
Honestly, I haven’t travelled to Europe before and now that I’m busy working, I can’t seem to find the time to travel to anywhere! My and my girlfriend have been planning to visit my buddy in France this summer, so I hope it all works out. Now I’m just waiting for my leave to be approved! So searching for hotels, budget flights, tourist destinations is next… If I’m not wrong, the air tickets to Europe region now is about SG$800++ return… so I’ll have to start saving up for my trip. My girlfriend would probably demand me to do lots of shopping with her in Paris, so I’ll have to search for good deals for hotels reservations, especially in Europe where things are significantly more expensive!
I’ve been surfing the internet for cheap hotel and motel deals and so far I think hotelreservations.com offer very competitive prices and they offer car rentals too! I would definitely be renting a car in Europe so we can drive across the states. My buddy told me that he and his wife would drive from France to Spain during the weekends just for short shopping trips. The prices for the hotel rooms seems very competitive so I guess it’s convenient to book everything from the same site. I actually found some Paris hotel rooms from the site that is as cheap as US$70 a night! Which is really a bargain considering the living expenses in Paris.
Oh well, I hope I’m able to find the best deal from the site and have everything booked soon. It’s been almost 2 years since I last met my buddy and I hope he’ll be able to show me around France when I go.
