I was reading up on stress management and I found some tips from wikipedia
Certain relaxation techniques known as “formal and passive relaxation exercises” are generally performed while sitting or lying quietly, with minimal movement and involve “a degree of withdrawal”. These include Autogenic training, Biofeedback, Deep breathing, Meditation, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Pranayama, and Visualization.
Movement-based relaxation methods incorporate Exercise such as walking, gardening, yoga, Tai chi, Qigong, and more. Some forms of bodywork are helpful in promoting a state of increased relaxation. Examples include massage, acupuncture, the Feldenkrais method and Reflexology.
Seems like the best way for me to manage stress is to…. sleep! haha Lying down quietly with minimal movement!
I heard from some of my friends that go Batam for massage is very affordable (SG$20 for half an hour). NO, it’s not the RA kind of massage! Oh well, I should ask Empress if she wants to go on a trip with me to Batam. Probably going to tell her that Batam a lot of cheap shopping and she’ll be more than willing to go with me.
